Contact

Since you’ve gotten as far as the Contact page…

I’m guessing that you’re seriously thinking about contacting me. Even so, you might not be all in, or 100% sure that I’m the therapist you want to work with, or even that you really want to see a therapist at all.

Here’s what we can do.

I’m happy to schedule a 15-minute phone call with you (at no charge) so you can hear my voice, ask me some questions in real time, and see how you feel about going forward.  “When can I see you?” might be your response. And “Thanks, but I’ll keep looking” is okay, too. If I can guide you in the direction of a better choice, I’m happy to do that.

Know, too, that a first session isn’t a long-term commitment. If you feel we’re not a good fit after we’ve met, I very much want you to say so. I’ll commend your discernment and wish you well.

A relationship with a therapist is exactly that, a relationship.

It will evolve over time.

If you’re ready to give it a try, give me a call (805) 630-3453.
